The Fruit of Grace
Grace is a gift from God and we access it by faith. Romans 11:29 tells us that Gods gifts are irrevocable, they can never be withdrawn. It also tells us that grace replaced the Law of the Old Testament, grace took its place. It ‘ superabounded’. Its overflow was such that it covered ALL sin (2 Corinthians 7:4).
Strongs puts it like this:
“Grace is the divine influence on a heart and its reflection in a life. It encompasses favour, kindness, and unmerited gifts, often described as God's heart-cleansing, life-changing influence”.
Grace then, is the empowering presence of God to accomplish those things that are impossible for you to do on your own. The Spirit of God propels us into his grace. From this grace, understanding the influence on our hearts it offers, comes the need in us to dwell deeper in him and discover his grace in the fruit it brings.
Consider what this can mean for a fruit-filled life.
