Being Still

Often in life when we ask God to move forward, He asks us to be still, pause with Him and trust.

“in all your ways submit to him,
    and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:6 NIV 

The power of being still. Dwelling without moving or charging ahead. Mingling life with God’s presence empowers the next step. God can see what we can not and He is sovereign over all things. So, if He is saying pause here - I’m listening, if we keep our eyes on Him and listen He keeps us safe until it is time to move.
