Setting Priorities

Traditionally it’s fair to say that we set priorities after we set the goals or vision we want to achieve. We do this so that those priorities can facilitate the end result we desire.

There’s an alternative way to set priorities. We can set them to correlate with the person we want to be and, as that person, how we want to live life.

These priorities are not “ I want to be popular”, “ I want to be rich and well known” or “ I want to live with everything I want in my life”, ”I want . . .”.

We need to look at our characters, the nature of who we are. It’s asking ourselves do we respect other people?, do we value communication and truth? Do we live a generous and abundant lifestyle? Do we live in a way that our abundance blesses others?

Something to DWELL on . . . .
